Format

~35 items, mostly multi-choice + multi-select + drop-down.
Two short-answer items (1–2 paragraph responses) tied to a graph or experimental scenario.
Item types stay the same as RLA + Math; the focus shifts to scientific reasoning.

Life science — cells, genetics, evolution, ecology, human body systems.
Physical science — matter, forces, energy, chemical reactions.
Earth & space — geology, weather, astronomy, Earth's systems.
Experimental design — hypotheses, independent / dependent variables, valid conclusions, correlation vs. causation.
